Archades Channel Tools: Privacy Policy

Archades Channel Tools are private tools that I use to manage my own YouTube channels, Archades Games and Archades Games Live. They are not offered to the public, and nobody else can sign in to them.
What the tools access. Through the YouTube API Services, the tools access only the channels I own. They read video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions, playlists and stream details. They also upload my own videos, update their details and privacy, add them to playlists, and post comments on my own videos.
Where the data is kept. Everything stays on a server in my home. The sign-in tokens are stored there in files only I can read. Text is processed by an AI model that runs on that same server, so no YouTube data is sent to an outside AI service.
Sharing. I don't sell, share or transfer YouTube data to anyone. The only outside service involved is my own Facebook Page, where I post clips I made from my own streams.
Cookies. The tools don't use cookies or tracking, and they collect nothing from visitors to this website.
Keeping and deleting data. Stored YouTube data is refreshed from YouTube at least every 30 days and removed when it's no longer needed. If access is revoked, the stored data is deleted within 30 days.
Revoking access. Access can be removed at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
